Jeanne Burckhard-McKenna is new to TIE starting November 30, 2015. She is however, not new to education. Jeanne has 28 years of experience in education as an administrator and teacher in the Rapid City Area School District and the Children's Home Society in Rockerville. She has experience from preschool through high school. Jeanne was an adjunct professor for Black Hills State University working with student teachers in the RCAS from Project Select. She has a special education degree and an elementary education degree from Black Hills State University, and a Master's in Educational Administration from SDSU. Jeanne also has 8 years experience in business management. She resides in the Black Hills with her husband, Steve. Jeanne has one daughter, Kelci, and a granddaughter, Harper.
